Position Summary

Zomo Health is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Engagement Manager to support the delivery and development of wellness programs for our clients. In this role, the CEM will be an expert in wellness consulting, data evaluation, marketing, and program design. The CEM will collaborate closely with Zomo Health team members, insurance brokerages, and clients to help drive health engagement, reduce insurance costs, and promote overall employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients and prospects on wellness strategy and assist with delivering presentations to drive engagement and client satisfaction

  • Assist in the development and implementation of wellness programs aimed at promoting preventive care and reducing healthcare costs

  • Analyze medical and program data to assess effectiveness and recommend program improvements

  • Design and create marketing materials including flyers, email campaigns, and wellness guides

  • Perform data entry and support tracking of program outcomes

  • Attend client and internal team meetings (virtually and occasionally in person)

  • Collaborate with insurance brokerages to provide wellness services to shared clients

  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other national health information protection standards

  • Stay current on wellness industry trends, compliance requirements, and best practices

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in health related field

  • Must pass drug screening and background check

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in wellness programming and consulting

Preferred:

  • Interest in health promotion, wellness, or public health

  • Experience with creating marketing materials or using basic design tools

  • Familiarity with wellness programming or consulting is a plus

  • Master’s degree in health related field

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in health insurance industry
